Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) compliance was recently simplified by make compliance by smaller and mid-sized
organizations in the food supply chain much simpler from a technical viewpoint. This video explores these changes in the FSMA.
In this video we explain how it is no longer required for supply chain
trading partners to electronically exchange materials traceability data.
Instead. each participating organization is required to produce its
traceability data, in the form of Excel spreadsheets, within 24 hours, on
demand from the FDA, CDC, or other health authority.
