iMTATs Partner Opportunities

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)directly regulates over 22% of all products sold at retail in the USA. This amounts to over $2 Trillion sold per year.

A critical part of complying with these regulations is supply-chain materials tracking and traceability.

Milramco recognizes that many opportunities exist to provide solutions to enable a wide range of enterprises to save a substantial amount of money by automating the data capture, barcode labeling, and supply-chain data exchange mandates of the FDA. This includes domestic organizations in the USA as well as organizations throughout the world that sell, or want to sell FDA regulated products into the USA.

Rather than attempt to service all these organizations directly, Milramco is licensing its iMTATs software to its partners in such a way as to enable its partner and user communities to profit from the multiple millions of dollars and over a decade of investment that has been made in the iMTATs software.

We are especially seeking to license iMTATs to:

1. Systems Integration organizations both within and outside the USA that would like to become a Milramco Solution Partner and sell integrated software, services, and equipment for FDA regulated applications to small and midsize enterprises in their home country that wish to sell into the USA market.
2. Systems integration organizations within the USA that sell and support ERP and similar systems, where iMTATs would be offered as an integral extension to that ERP system.
3. Systems Integration or Service Bureau organizations that wish to sell an integrated hardware, software, and services solution to their clients without the expense of developing their own software to rival iMTATs.

Opportunities exist as a:

• iMTATs Systems Integration Partner: This is for systems integrators that would like to integrate the iMTATs software into solutions for their clients and have the capability to provide all the supporting services and equipment themselves .
• iMTATs Managed Services Partner: This is for organizations that would like to offer iMTATs on a managed services basis to their clients.
• iMTATs OEM Partner: This is for organizations, such as ERP and other software vendors that would like to integrate the capabilities of iMTATs into their own product offerings under their own private label.

The iMTATs software platform is designed to be readily customized and configured for a wide variety of applications. Source code licenses are also available to appropriate organizations.
