iMTATs Software Prices

The iMTATs software comes in three base systems:

1. iMTATs Material Tracking & Data Collection System- performs real-time barcode data collection and materials tracking. $750/month plus $30/month per user or device login.
2. iMTATs Barcode Labeling System - prints GS1 compliant barcode labels on a wide variety of barcode label printers. $150/month.
3. iMTATs Data Exchange System  - automatically exchanges data with other systems, including sending and receiving EPCIS and EDI files, provides intelligent agent mechanisms for interfacing to a wide variety of ERP and other systems. Includes FDA compliance website as well as ERD mechanism. $500/month

Please note that:

1. The above subscription/rental prices are per named computer with annual prepayment in US Dollars.
2. There is no per user, per customer, per supplier, or per end point/system, or per transaction licensing fee for iMTATs data exchange, provided that it is run on the client's own computers or computers that the client directly rents from a third party.
3. The iMTATs software can be run on one or more Windows Server or Windows IOT Enterprise computers.
4. The IMTATs user interfaces are based on the IIS Web Server software, which comes with the Windows operating system. As such, these interfaces will work with most web-browser equipped devices over any available Internet, Ethernet, wireless local area, or mobile phone data network, without loading any special software.
5. There can be multiple barcode labeling systems attached to a single data collection system. Also, there can be multiple materials tracking and data collection systems attached to a single data exchange system.
6. A dedicated Windows server or IOT computer is recommended for the data collection and label printing for performance reasons. But the data exchange system can be run on a virtual Windows Server.
7. The iMTATs software makes extensive use of the Microsoft SQL Server database. For lower volume applications, the no-cost SQL Server Express database can be used but for higher data volumes it is recommended that clients purchase licenses to the Standard or Web versions of SQL Server.
8. The iMTATs barcode label printing software uses the BarTender Automation SDK to print out labels on a wide variety of label printers. The software is, however, designed to be readily customized for other label printing software which offer an SDK interface. Clients will need to separately purchase appropriate licenses for this software.
9. The iMTATs data exchange server uses the EDI library from /N Software to send and receive EPCIS and EDI X12 based files. Clients are expected to separately license this software for use on the iMATS data exchange server.
10. There is no built-in backup system for the databases used by iMTATs. Clients need to separately provide their own backup and recovery mechanism using third party software or services.
